The right training tights depend on your height, body type, and intended use. Gymnation range includes tights in different waist heights, leg lengths, and fabrics. Tights-style models are generally firmer and more compressive than our softer, stretchier leggings.

Waist height: High-Waist tights feature a high, supportive waistband, making them ideal for users of average to tall height. Mid-Waist tights are a great option for shorter users or body types, such as those with a shorter torso, where high-waisted tights are more likely to roll down during training.

Inseam length: Regular length generally fits users around 165–172 cm (5'5"–5'8"). Tall length is designed for those over 172 cm (5'8"), while 7/8 length suits users under 165 cm (5'5"). The 7/8 style also works well for average-height users who prefer a cropped leg on purpose.

Material and use case: Performance Boost™ and EveryForm™ training tights offer a firm, supportive, compressive fit, making them ideal for intense training such as gym workouts, Crossfit, and Hyrox. SuperSoft™ leggings and Flared styles are softer and more relaxed, suited to lighter training and everyday wear.

Our range also includes tights with and without pockets. Pocketed styles are handy for storing your phone or keys during training.

Performance Boost™ is a strong, firm tights fabric combining effective compression with four-way stretch. Its smooth, slightly slick surface holds up well to friction, making Performance Boost™ training tights especially well-suited for Crossfit, functional training, strength and powerlifting sessions, and other intense workouts.
