DUTIES & TAXES
For any orders from NON-EU or INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY, the customer may be liable to pay for local sales tax or import duties over a certain value. These fees are calculated by customs officials at delivered country. GYMNATION cannot be held responsible should custom authorities either confiscate or charge import duty. Please check your country's tax and duties specifications prior to checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are possible from any country. You are eligible for an 30 day return policy from delivery. Check out the return instructions here.
Please note that we have to to charge a 10€ return and handling fee for a package left uncollected. In addition, refused shipments (e.g. because of not wanting to paying duties and taxes in USA) are not considered a normal return. Any costs incurred as a result of an uncollected or refused shipment — including, but not limited to, return shipping, customs duties, taxes, handling, storage and processing fees — will be deducted from the refundable amount in addition to the 10 EUR uncollected shipment return fee.
