DUTIES AND TAXES

For any orders from NON-EU or INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY, the customer may be liable to pay for local sales tax or import duties over a certain value. These fees are calculated by customs officials at delivered country. GYMNATION cannot be held responsible should custom authorities either confiscate or charge import duty. Please check your country's tax and duties specifications prior to checkout. 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Returns are possible from any country using our return label. You are eligible for an 30 day return policy from delivery. Check out the return instructions here.

Please note that we have to to charge a 10€ return and handling fee for a package left uncollected.
