The GYMNATION® Men’s Performance Shorts are made from lightweight, stretchy Italian performance fabric designed to handle intense training while staying breathable and comfortable. The technical, quick-drying material offers flexible stretch and durability for all types of workouts. A breathable mesh elastic waistband sits securely without drawcords, ensuring a smooth, distraction-free fit. Wider legs and side slits enhance mobility and prevent the fabric from catching during movements like squats or lunges. The shorts include open side pockets and a smaller zip pocket for keys or other essentials.

Care guide

Wash sweaty workout gear as soon as possible after use to prevent sweat buildup.
Machine wash at 30–40°C (86–104°F) with similar colours. Use a liquid detergent, preferably one designed for sportswear.
Avoid fabric softener, as it can reduce breathability and stretch. For a natural alternative, use laundry vinegar to refresh your gear.
Air dry your sportswear. Avoid tumble drying, as high heat can damage elastane fibers.
If ironing is necessary, use a low temperature setting and avoid ironing over prints"

Good gym shorts, size up

Very comfortable, not too loose gym shorts. They work really well during a workout and when biking. The size chart is not quite right; though it indicated that M would be my size, the waist band dug into my skin very uncomfortably. Had to exchange them for a size L. So, size up for these shorts!
