Get ready for a day all about teamwork!
During the session, you’ll get to test the worm, practice synchronization, and learn key skills for pair and team workouts. We’ll finish the day with a fun, competition-style workout where you can put everything into practice.
Gymnation Athletes will guide you through the day and act as team captains. Teams will be formed on the spot, so you don’t need a partner or team to join!
Some CrossFit experience is recommended, but you definitely don’t need to be an experienced competitor. Just come ready to learn, work together, and have fun!
Oh, and we’re launching something super cool at this event, so you’ll be among the first to see it and of course, get your hands on it! We’ll also have some great post-workout goodies from our partners, so you’ll be well fueled afterwards.
