Gymnation takes pride in making our apparel ethically and responsibly. For years, our apparel has been produced in Lithuania at a bluesign®-certified factory, ensuring safe and environmentally responsible production from raw material to finished product. At the end of 2025, we expanded part of our production within the same manufacturing group to a Danish-owned bluesign®-certified facility in Vietnam specializing in premium activewear. This allows us to produce selected products closer to the origin of certain materials, reducing unnecessary transport and supporting a more efficient supply chain.

Whenever materials are sourced locally, we prioritize manufacturing in Europe to keep production closer to our markets and minimize environmental impact. We maintain strict quality standards across all production, and our partners share our commitment to sustainability, fair working conditions, and a transparent supply chain.

Unlike many big clothing brands, we do not follow trends and we don’t constantly produce collections that change according to the seasons. Instead we carefully design timeless and high-quality garments which stay in the collection for a long time. We strive to add only products for which there is demand and which serve a purpose to our selection, and we do not renew our entire collection as the seasons change. We manufacture clothing in reasonable quantities on demand, so there is no need for ongoing discount sales in order to get rid of stock.

At Gymnation, materials are chosen with care. Comfort, durability, and performance always come first — and we focus on fabrics that feel great, move with you, and hold their shape wear after wear. We aim to make those choices in ways that are more considerate of the environment.

Where possible, we prioritize certified and responsibly sourced materials. Many of the fabrics used in our products carry independent certifications such as Oeko-Tex® and bluesign® through our material suppliers, helping ensure safer chemical use and reduced environmental impact.

Above all, we choose high-quality materials designed to last. Long-lasting fabrics are essential for activewear that performs over time — and for a more responsible approach to apparel. Our material choices continue to evolve as better options become available, and we focus on making steady improvements rather than making claims we can’t stand behind.
