Light support sports bras: The thin-strap SuperSoft™ Sports Bra, Training Sports Bra, and EveryForm™ Strappy Sports Bra are best suited to lighter movement and low-intensity training, where comfort and freedom of movement come first.

Medium support sports bras: The Performance Boost™ Sports Bra and EveryForm™ V-Neck Sports Bra offer a firmer level of support for intense training, such as strength training, Crossfit, Hyrox, hybrid training, and HIIT.

Tip: Choose a light support sports bra when you value a soft feel and freedom of movement. Medium support is the better choice for intense training and when you want a firmer fit. If you're looking for more coverage, choose a Bra Top style with a built-in sports bra.

A built-in bra is a sports bra section built directly into a top, providing support without the need for a separate sports bra. A built-in bra top makes getting dressed for training easier by combining the support of a sports bra with the coverage of a training top in one garment.

Gymnation sports bras are true to size, so you can generally choose your usual size. Since sizing differs between brands, it's best to confirm your size by measuring your underbust circumference with a tape measure and comparing the result to the size chart on the product page.
