Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and understand that sometimes your order may not be what you expected. Therefore you have 30 days right to return the item(s) from the delivery date. Returned item must be clean, unworn and returned with the original selling packaging.
Gift cards after are non-refundable after purchase.
EXCHANGES
Product exchanges are only available in Finland. If you want make an exchange, please return your product(s) according to the return instructions below and place a new order online.
RETURNS - EU CUSTOMERS
If you have used UPS as your shipping method, you can register and download the return label by yourself. Follow the instructions below. If you have used other shipping method than UPS, please contact Gymnation customer service via email and we will help you with the return label. We charge a 5 EUR return fee when returning from a EU country.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR EU CUSTOMERS:
- Mark the item(s) you will return to the return form in the package
- Mark the type & reason for your return
- Attach the return form inside the package
- Pack your item(s) neatly in a suitable package. Let's keep the waste to a minimum, re-use our packaging if possible.
- Please track your original shipment UPS tracking code (starting 1Z..) at www.ups.com and select “return this parcel”.
- Select the reason for the return, add comments and press “Submit”.
- Select the most suitable way: Either print the return label or select a mobile barcode option if available in your country. Attach return label carefully to your shipment (proper tape added to all sides)
- Finally drop the return package to UPS Access Point or order a pick up from local UPS customer service. If you choose a mobile bar code (available only in certain countries), UPS Access Point can print out the label for you.
The customer is responsible for the return until we receive it. We recommend obtaining a proof-of-postage (receipt) when returning parcel to us and keeping it as long as we have received the return. The returns will be usually processed within a few working days after we have received the items.
RETURNS - NON-EU CUSTOMERS
If you are returning from a NON-EU country, please contact Gymnation customer service via email and we will help you with the return label.We charge a 20 EUR (20 USD / 20 GBP / 20 CHF / 200 NOK) return fee when returning from a NON-EU country.
Please note: Uncollected or refused shipments are not considered a return. Any costs incurred as a result of an uncollected or refused shipment — including, but not limited to, return shipping, customs duties, taxes, handling, storage and processing fees — will be deducted from the refundable amount in addition to the normal 10 EUR uncollected shipment return fee.
