Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
📍 Helsinki (or Hybrid)
Important: This role is best suited for an experienced commercial leader with a strong background in marketing, e-commerce, sales, or consumer brands. We are specifically looking for someone who has already led commercial functions and delivered measurable business growth — not someone looking for their first leadership role in these areas.
Gymnation is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to take full ownership of our commercial performance and lead our next phase of growth.
We are in a strong growth phase and building for the future – and we are looking for someone who can take ownership, lead from the front, and get things done together with a small, ambitious team.
This is not a pure strategy role. This is a hands-on leadership role where execution matters.
🔥 Your role
As CCO, you own Gymnation’s entire commercial function – including e-commerce, marketing, sales, and B2B partnerships.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a small, high-performing team
- Leading marketing end-to-end – from strategy to execution
- Owning and driving e-commerce performance
- Driving sales and B2B partnerships
- Managing budgeting, performance tracking, and resource allocation
- Ensuring clear priorities and strong execution across all commercial activities
🎯 What you will be working with
You will lead and develop all key marketing and commercial areas, including:
- Content production and campaigns
- Paid Ads (Meta & performance marketing)
- Athlete & influencer collaborations
- Events and activations
- E-commerce development
You don’t need to be the specialist in everything — but you need to understand, lead, and push each area forward.
👤 What we are looking for
- Proven experience in leading teams and delivering results
- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of growth drivers
- Hands-on approach – you are comfortable being involved in execution
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands
- Ability to prioritize, simplify, and create focus
Brand understanding and creative thinking are considered a strong plus.

Brand Creative (Content & Visual Designer)
📍 Helsinki (Hybrid)
Important: This is not a community manager or social media coordinator role. We are looking for someone with experience in branding, visual identity, creative direction, and content production for consumer brands — someone who understands how to build and shape a brand visually across all touchpoints.
Gymnation is growing fast — and now we’re looking for a Brand Creative (Content & Visual Designer) to own how our brand looks, feels, and shows up everywhere.
This is not a role for someone who just follows briefs.
This is for someone who has ideas, strong creative taste, and knows how to execute visual content that performs.
You won’t be managing a big team.
You’ll be working with a small, ambitious crew — and your work will be visible immediately.
🔥 What you’ll own
You are responsible for Gymnation’s visual identity, branding, and creative content across all channels.
That means:
- You come up with ideas
- You turn them into actual content and visual assets
- You make sure everything looks and feels on-brand and commercially effective
No hand-offs. No silos. Just ownership.
🎯 What you’ll work on
You will work across all key visual and creative areas, including:
- Brand storytelling – how Gymnation shows up visually across channels
- Paid Ads (Meta) – concepts, ad creatives, and execution (performance marketing side supported by the team)
- Content production – planning and leading shoots (campaign, product, and video content)
- Social media content & visual direction (posting supported by the team)
- Visual design for e-commerce and newsletters
- Campaigns, launches, and key brand moments – concepting and visual execution
- Events and brand activations
You don’t need to be a photographer.
But you need to own the idea, direct the shoots, and take responsibility for the final output.
👤 Who you are
- You have a strong eye for branding, visual design, and aesthetics
- You think in ideas, not just formats
- You understand what makes content and creatives work in performance marketing
- You are hands-on — you create, edit, and produce graphics, video, and ad creatives yourself
- You don’t wait for direction — you take ownership and push things forward
You might come from a graphic design or art direction background — but more importantly, you know how to turn ideas into actual content.
