Gymnation women's longsleeve training tops are made from LyoSoft™, ComfyKnit™, and SuperSoft™ fabrics. Our Sweater Collection pieces are made from organic cotton French Terry. The fabrics differ mainly in breathability, softness, thickness, and intended use.

LyoSoft™ – lightweight, breathable and antibacterial
LyoSoft™ is a soft, highly breathable TENCEL™ Lyocell blend. It wicks moisture efficiently, dries quickly, and helps prevent odors. The natural antibacterial properties of lyocell fiber help keep your top fresher for longer. It's especially well-suited to intense, sweaty training.

ComfyKnit™ – sturdy, comfy and versatile
ComfyKnit™ is a soft, stretchy, slightly sturdier fabric made from recycled polyester and elastane. It wicks moisture, dries quickly, and holds its shape well. ComfyKnit™ works for light training, running, outdoor workouts, and everyday wear.

SuperSoft™ – soft, supportive and stretchy
SuperSoft™ is an ultra-soft, stretchy fabric that hugs the body and gives you plenty of freedom of movement. It's especially well-suited to gym sessions, lighter training, warm-ups, and everyday wear.

French Terry – cozy, casual and warm
The French Terry used in the Gymnation Sweater Collection is a breathable, comfortable sweatshirt fabric made from organic cotton. It's especially well-suited to warm-ups, post-workout wear, and everyday wear.

Gymnation women's longsleeve tops, hoodies, and lightweight training jackets are mostly true to size. Our range includes both fitted and relaxed styles.

The popular Women's Training Longsleeve is a breathable, body-hugging training top that stays in place during movement. The Women's ComfyKnit™ Hoodie and SuperSoft™ Jacket also have a fitted cut, while the organic cotton Women's Hoodie has a more relaxed, roomier fit.

You can generally choose your usual size. If you're between two sizes, prefer a more relaxed fit, or plan to wear the piece over a mid-layer, size up. The most important measurement for choosing size is bust circumference, which you should compare to the size chart on the product page.
