Gymnation training tights and leggings are true to size, so you can usually choose your regular size. However, fit and feel may vary depending on the firmness and stretch of the fabric. Since sizing differs between brands, we recommend confirming the right size by comparing your body measurements to the size chart on the product page.

When choosing a size for training tights and leggings, the most important measurement is your hip circumference, measured at the widest part of your hips.
