Orders

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to modify it—this includes adding or removing items, or changing sizes, colors, or styles.

If needed, we can attempt to cancel the entire order before it is processed. In that case, we recommend placing a new order online with the correct items. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation.

Can I cancel my order?

If you contact us within one hour of placing your order during business hours, we may be able to cancel the order. If your order has been successfully shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel it and will need to wait for it to arrive. Once it does, you can send it back to us to request a refund.

Can I edit my shipping address after ordering?

Shipping address changes are only possible shortly after the order is placed—before the items have been picked and packed. In most cases, requests come in too late, and the order has already been processed or shipped.

We recommend contacting our customer service as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping details.

How can I confirm that my order was successfully placed?

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after payment. Additionally, you will receive another email once your order is completed and handed over to the carrier. Your parcel is now on its way.

I completed the payment for my order, but I did not receive a confirmation email?

In this case, please check your junk or spam mail folder. If you still do not find the confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team and provide proof of payment.

Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number on your order confirmation email, pack slip or alternatively log into your account and find the order in your order history. Your order number is a 6-digit number starting with #-icon.

Do you offer first-time customer discounts?

By signing up for our newsletter, you can obtain a 10% discount code for your first order. Access the subscription form on the footer of our homepage.

Can I use two different discount codes on my order?

Combining discount codes is not usually possible, and only one discount code can be used per order. However, it is possible to use a gift card along with a discount code on the same order. The discount code is only valid on full-priced items.

How can I track my order?

Upon shipping your parcel, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing a tracking code and link. Alternatively, you may log in to your account to view order details and tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products starting from the delivery date. All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached. All garments are subject to inspection.

How do I return my order?

Please return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order for the correct product. You can find our return instructions here:

When will I receive a refund for the returned items?

We do our best to refund the money to your account as fast as possible. Once we receive your return, it will take 1-2 business days to process. After your return has been processed, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You will receive a notification to your email once the refund has been issued. Please keep in mind it can take up to 3-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution.

Why was the return fee higher than I expected?

We charge a return fee of €5.00 per shipment for EU customers. For non-EU customers, the return fee is €20 ($20 USD / £20 / 20 CHF / 200 NOK).

If you received free shipping on an order over €100 and return items that reduce the total order value below €100, the original shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund.

Do you offer free returns?

We do not offer free returns unfortunately.

Can I exchange the product to a different size or color?

Product exchanges are available only in Finland to same value product that you return. EU and international customers must proceed a return and place a new order. Please check the return instructions here:

Does Gymnation provide a return label?

Yes, always. All returns must be made using a Gymnation return label. Customers in Finland and the EU can generate the return label themselves. International (non-EU) customers must contact Gymnation Customer Service to receive a return label.

We ship to the following EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (including Northern Ireland), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We also ship to the following non-EU and international countries:

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination country. Within the EU, shipping starts at €3.90.

The exact shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

When will my order be shipped?

We usually ship out the orders within the next working day after receiving an order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking code once your order is shipped.

What courier/shipping carrier do you use?

For European orders, we use UPS, PostNord, and Budbee. All non-EU orders are shipped via UPS.

In Finland, we offer delivery through Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord, and Budbee.

What is the typical delivery time?

Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method. Express shipping is always faster than standard shipping.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer multiple secured payment methods. At the checkout page you will see what payment methods we have available in your shipping country from the following options:

We solely provide reliable payment providers on our international Shopify platform. All payments and the checkout are SSL encrypted to ensure maximum security.

Beside Europe, we also ship to the following non-EU and international countries:

Do I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?

All EU orders include local country VAT. For international orders, duties and import taxes may be applied by border authorities and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

Will I be charged in my local currency?

Our online shop supports most major currencies, including EUR, NOK, DKK, USD, CAD, GBP, CHF, and others. The total amount payable will be displayed in your local currency at checkout. If your local currency is not available, the payment will be processed in EUR, and your credit card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee.

What courier/shipping carrier do you use?

Our European deliveries are handled by UPS, PostNord, and Budbee. For international (non-EU) orders, UPS is the designated carrier.

How long does the international delivery will take?

All international (non-EU) orders are shipped via UPS Express. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the customs clearance process in your country.

How do I return an item from outside the EU?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed.

Customers outside the EU must contact Gymnation Customer Service to obtain a return label. Parcels can be dropped off at any UPS service point.

Returns typically take 3–6 business days to arrive, and processing takes an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

A return fee of 20 EUR (20 USD / 20 GBP / 20 CHF / 200 NOK) applies to returns from non-EU countries.

What if I choose the wrong size?

If you're unsure, check our size guide or contact support — returns are accepted within 30 days.

The size I want is out of stock. Will the product be restocked?

Most of our products are part of our permanent collection and are restocked regularly. If the size or item you’re looking for is currently out of stock, you can sign up for a restock notification directly on the product page by clicking the "Notify When Available" button. Once the item is back in stock, you’ll receive an email notification immediately.

Please note that restock times may vary depending on the product and availability, but we always aim to replenish popular items as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about specific restock dates, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Reclaims & Warranty

I have received a faulty or damaged item, what should I do?

Our goal is to provide only the highest quality products, and we sincerely apologize if you have received a faulty or damaged item. Please email us at Customer Service with pictures of the faulty item, and we will work to resolve this for you. Kindly provide your order number to speed up the processing.

What is not covered by your policy?

Our warranty does not cover defects caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, or natural fading of materials and colors over time and with use. Additionally, we do not provide warranty for products purchased through consumer resale sites.

Yes, all Gymnation clothing is ethically made using sustainable materials. Our garments are produced in a Bluesign®-certified factory in Lithuania, which ensures high standards for environmental responsibility, worker safety, and ethical manufacturing practices. We are committed to sustainability throughout our production process.
