Care guide

Wash sweaty workout gear as soon as possible after use to prevent sweat buildup.
Machine wash at 30–40°C (86–104°F) with similar colours. Use a liquid detergent, preferably one designed for sportswear.
Avoid fabric softener, as it can reduce breathability and stretch. For a natural alternative, use laundry vinegar to refresh your gear.
Air dry your sportswear. Avoid tumble drying, as high heat can damage elastane fibers.
If ironing is necessary, use a low temperature setting and avoid ironing over prints

Näissä naisten ja miesten pitkähihaisissa paidoissa on täysin sama materiaali, jolloin se on myös saman paksuista mallista riippumatta! :) Istuvuudessa ja mitoituksessa toki eroja sitten löytyy, eli esim. miesten malli on istuvuudeltaan enemmän laatikkoimainen/suora, kun taas naisten malli on mitoitettu tyköistuvaksi. Kokoa valitessa kannatta myös huomioida se, että esim. naisten M koko ei välttämättä vastaa täysin miesten M kokoa. Koon valintaan avuksi kannattaakin ottaa tuotesivulla näkyvä mittataulukko!
