Gymnation women's tank tops and training tops are made from LyoSoft™, ComfyKnit™, SuperSoft™, and Ribbed fabrics. They differ mainly in breathability, softness, stretch, thickness, and intended use.

LyoSoft™ – lightweight, breathable and antibacterial
LyoSoft™ is a soft, highly breathable TENCEL™ Lyocell blend. It wicks moisture efficiently, dries quickly, and helps prevent odors. It's especially well-suited to intense, sweaty training.

ComfyKnit™ – sturdy, comfy and versatile
ComfyKnit™ is a soft, stretchy, slightly sturdier fabric made from recycled polyester and elastane. It wicks moisture, dries quickly, and holds its shape well. It works for a wide range of training and everyday wear.

SuperSoft™ – soft, supportive and stretchy
SuperSoft™ is best known as a popular tights fabric, but it works beautifully in training tops too. It's the thickest and most supportive of our top fabrics, offering light support. This ultra-soft, stretchy fabric hugs the body and suits gym sessions, lighter training, and everyday wear.

Ribbed – technical, cool and quick-drying
Ribbed is a stretchy, technical rib knit that feels cool against the skin. This breathable, quick-drying fabric moves well with the body and, like LyoSoft™, suits intense, sweaty training.

Tip: Choose LyoSoft™ when you want the lightest, most breathable training top for intense workouts. Ribbed is a great option when you value a technical fabric and a cool feel on the skin. Choose ComfyKnit™ when you want a slightly sturdier, versatile top for training and everyday wear. SuperSoft™ is the best fit when you want a soft, stretchy, slightly more supportive training top.

Gymnation women's tank tops and training tops are mostly true to size. Our range includes fitted, regular, and relaxed styles, in both cropped and full-length options. Cropped styles pair especially well with high-waisted training tights, while longer tops offer more coverage.

A built-in bra is a sports bra section built directly into a top, providing support without the need for a separate sports bra. A built-in bra top makes getting dressed for training easier by combining the support of a sports bra with the coverage of a training top in one garment.
