Care guide

Wash sweaty workout gear as soon as possible after use to prevent sweat buildup.
Machine wash at 30–40°C (86–104°F) with similar colours. Use a liquid detergent, preferably one designed for sportswear.
Avoid fabric softener, as it can reduce breathability and stretch. For a natural alternative, use laundry vinegar to refresh your gear.
Air dry your sportswear. Avoid tumble drying, as high heat can damage elastane fibers.
If ironing is necessary, use a low temperature setting and avoid ironing over prints

I use usually size S but wanted to havemore relaxed fit and it's just what I wanted.

Comfortable, buy one size up

The material is very nice and comfortable. I usually wear size M (38/40) but saw another review to buy a size up and that's correct. L fits well without being tight especially on armpits whilst still being somewhat form fitting.
