Care guide

Wash your GYMNATION Ribbed garments promptly after use to prevent sweat from settling into the fabric.
Machine wash at 30–40°C (86–104°F) with similar colours. Use a liquid detergent, ideally one made for technical or sportswear.
Do not use fabric softener, as it can impair breathability and stretch. Use laundry vinegar as a natural alternative.
Air dry only. Avoid tumble drying, as heat can damage elastane fibers and the fabric's delicate finish.
If ironing is necessary, iron at a low temperature, and avoid direct contact with any prints or logos.
