RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products starting from the delivery date. All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached. All garments are subject to inspection.

Please send back your unwanted items for a refund, and place a new order for the correct product. Check our return page for your return shipping options.

We do our best to refund the money to your account as fast as possible. Once we receive your return, it will take 1-2 business days to process. After your return has been processed, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You will receive a notification to your email once the refund has been issued. Please keep in mind it can take up to 3-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution.

We charge a return fee of €5.00 per shipment. If you received free shipping for an order over €100 and return items that bring the total order value below €100, the original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. Please see the detailed return instructions for more information.

We do not offer free returns unfortunately.

Product exchanges are available only in Finland.

Orders

Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to add or remove items, or change sizes, colors, etc. We can attempt to cancel the entire order, and we recommend placing a new order online with the correct products.

If you contact us within one hour of placing your order during business hours, we may be able to cancel the order. If your order has been successfully shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel it and will need to wait for it to arrive. Once it does, you can send it back to us to request a refund.

You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after payment. Additionally, you will receive another email once your order is completed and handed over to the carrier. Your parcel is now on its way.

In this case, please check your junk or spam mail folder. If you still do not find the confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team and provide proof of payment.

You can find your order number on your order confirmation email, pack slip or alternatively log into your account and find the order in your order history. Your order number is a 6-digit number starting with #-icon.

Combining discount codes is not possible, and only one discount code can be used per order. However, it is possible to use a gift card along with a discount code on the same order. The discount code is only valid on full-priced items.

SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

We offer multiple secured payment methods. At the checkout page you will see what payment methods we have available in your shipping country from the following options:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDeal
  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Klarna: Invoice & Part Payment in selected countries
  • Bank payments, MobilePay via Paytrail (in Finland only)

We aim to provide world-wide shipping, but there are some regions and countries that our courier service is unable to deliver to. Please find list of our shipping countries from Payment&Shipping page.

Shipping costs are dependent on shipping option and destination country. Exact shipping cost to your address is displayed in the checkout page before you complete your order.

We usually ship out the orders within the next working day after receiving an order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking code once your order is shipped.

SIZE GUIDES

Please use our size guide to find the right size for you! You will find it in each product page. We also recommend reading customer reviews of the products. If you are still unsure, please contact our customer service. We are always happy to help.

Most of our products are part of our permanent collection and are restocked regularly. If the size you want is out of stock, you can sign up for a product notification on the product page (NOTIFY WHEN AVAILABLE button), and we will notify you as soon as the item is back in stock.

RECLAIMS

Our goal is to provide only the highest quality products, and we sincerely apologize if you have received a faulty or damaged item. Please email us at Customer Service with pictures of the faulty item, and we will work to resolve this for you. Kindly provide your order number to speed up the processing.

Our warranty does not cover defects caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, or natural fading of materials and colors over time and with use. Additionally, we do not provide warranty for products purchased through consumer resale sites.
